Thee story centers around two twins, Arago and Yuan, whose parents were slaughtered by a mysterious serial killer simply known as the "Patchman." Years later, the vengeful Arago crosses paths with Yuan, who has since become a police officer, just as blood begins to flow again in the streets of London. Little does Arago know that chasing the Patchman will lead him down the path to a mysterious world that hides behind the dark and foggy London streets.
